At Rêveparis, we want every customer to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and flexible return policy, built with your peace of mind in mind.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing or shipping.

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In accordance with French law, you have a legal 14-day period starting from the day you receive your order to notify us of your wish to cancel — no reason required.

This right of withdrawal applies to all eligible items, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In perfect original condition

  • With all tags and accessories included

  • Preferably in the original packaging

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact us first
    Please reach out to our customer service team at contact@rêveparis.com or via the contact form on our website before returning any item.
    We will provide you with the return address and next steps.

  2. Ship the package
    Return the item to the address given by our team. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  3. Condition of the product
    Returned items must be new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all original elements: tags, packaging, and accessories.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels and cannot refund postage fees.

All returns are handled by our international logistics partner, with a hub based in East Asia.
Complete instructions will be provided upon request.

REFUNDS

Once the package has been received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as lingerie, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned (unless defective).
